Questions
When am I charged?
After 14 days. The card is collected at the start so Stripe can renew the plan, and the first charge waits until the trial ends. Cancel before then and the charge does not happen.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Monthly is $19. Yearly is $159, which is about 30% less than twelve months at $19. You can switch later from the billing portal.
How does the license reach the Mac?
After checkout, this page shows a license key. Paste it into BotMoods. The key covers three Macs.
Can I cancel from my phone?
Yes. Use the email on the subscription and open the billing portal. Canceling stops the renewal. It does not delete the notes already on your Mac.
What Mac do I need?
Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later. 16 GB of memory runs the whole app. Below that, chat still runs.
